8/17/09 – Lunch 110: Apple Crumble
August 17, 2009Okay, confession: I was out to lunch this afternoon with my lovely wife, who’s celebrating her birthday today. I won’t say which birthday it was, but you can probably guess because I won’t say it.
Anyway, we were so enamored with the pizza and the novelty of being able to eat together, that I wolfed down my pizza without a picture. I know, you’re thinking, But Dave, isn’t this just automatic by now? to which I’ll respond, yes, but it’s a fucking Monday, okay? Give me a break.
So … as part of my lunch, I ate a small piece of Kristin’s birthday pie, an apple crumble from PetsiPies in Cambridge. Their pie will blow your mind. It’s worthy of its own lunch post, frankly. So, without further ado …

Where was the pizza from? PetsiPies really are the best I’m surprised a bite made it back to the office for you to take a picture of.
The pizza was from Hi-Fi. I put a link in there, but the links in this WordPress theme aren’t readily apparent. I love Hi-Fi, and I can’t imagine how good it would be if I was drunk after a night at the Middle East.
